Here's a glimpse of some of our students during our Thursday Mighty Champion sparring class here at WCMAC. We're so proud of each and every one of you. Keep up that positive attitude and never give up! Here's a cool recap of our warm up. Before we get into any actual sparring we spend a large portion of our time drilling. Laying the basics; building a strong foundation is our major focus. Watching these little warriors improve on a daily basis in awesome! Their getting deeper in their stretches. Starting to understand distance and body control. These champion our defiantly on a path to success in all arenas of LIFE!!!
