Highlight cam from last week! Check it out we have our yellow belt Jess chambering that leg for a defensive sidekick. This champ is starting to really understand the concept and game! She love it! Just to inform you all Jess is one of my students that loves to spar! At every class she's says "Sensei is today sparring day" I love that champion attitude. Let's keep the confidence rising champ.
